Just wanted to take a moment to review Brian and his team and acknowledge all of the hard work put in to help my family move! He was truly professional his confidence is based on experience and knowledge. This has been a very positive experience for us when we were very anxious and nervous of the whole buying and selling process. He went above and beyond anything that I ever expected from a Realtor. Brian made the sale of our home and purchase of our new home a very FAST and stress lessened experience. We will joyfully refer Brian to anyone looking for a move.

BRIAN FRERE, TULSA OK REALTOR = HORRIBLE.

HORRENDOUS experience. - renewed lease with our tenant for 11 months (not 12) without our approval (we learned this at the end of tenant's lease term) - notified us that said tenant was moving out 2 weeks before end of lease term (tenant has contractual obligation to give notice of renewal at least 60 days before end of lease term) - proceeded to tell us that our property couldn't have been listed 60 days before the lease ended anyway because it would have been too difficult to coordinate showings, etc. with our tenant - did not provide a copy of tenant's second lease - unresponsive. did not respond to texts, voicemails, emails & constantly made personal excuses - when requested, did not provide a copy of property agreement - told us property keys would be delivered to us by end of week, they were not - claimed to not have the spare set of keys to our property, thus, disallowing us to enter our property - did not walk the property at the time of tenant's move out date UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, UNAPOLOGETIC & put us & our property on the back burner. Would NEVER recommend Brian Frere as a realtor or property manager.

I agree with the negative comments regarding Frere.. He is aloof and an absent realtor.

He does not follow up or check on his staff. Since our house was not one of his more expensive listings we got less attention. He also sidestepped the open house issue and was not interested. We even had to call him to find out if our house closing was complete and done.

Our experience with him was quite disappointing.

I had a family member that also had a bad experience with Brian Frere. He came across as aloof and slightly arrogant.

He was difficult to reach and sometimes unresponsive. It was a separation situation, and he was clearly more comfortable with the former significant other so he failed to really communicate with my family member (who made all repairs, maintained financial responsibility of the property, and owned the majority of the furniture etc. in the home). Being in the loop was warranted.

At one point we were told that there was an issue by former significant other. My family member called Brian to verify this information, and to request that he communicate directly (there was no anger, just confusion and perhaps some irritation as we were trying to get everything taken care of and felt that we were not getting the full picture). He called back stating that the message was "angry" (which it wasn't I heard it). He seemed to not want to address any of the concerns in the message, but he did seem to be truly offended that someone would raise these concerns.

Finally he pressured us to sell below market value. He was abrupt and pushy during negotiations. Clearly he wanted to be done with the deal which is understandable, but not at the expense of the client's comfort and satisfaction. I'm a former Realtor and was appalled and annoyed with my loved one's experience.

Realtors deal with a lot of crazy and sometimes difficult sellers, but this was not the case in this particular instance. This was a difficult time for my family member, and honestly i feel they were taken advantage of because of that. Separations and real estate are always a tricky situation, but this one did not have to be this difficult.

On a positive note, his assistant was very helpful and responsive.

Brian sold me my home in 2005 and he was EXCELLENT. This is a BUNCH OF BOLOGNA

You must have had a much higher listed home than ours. He did nothing but barely take the order.

Brian has been a less than engaged realtor for us as well. He made promises that he was not even close to be able to make happen.

He was oblivious to the reason we were selling, and requested we spend $10,000 to upgrade things when I was trying to drop the price to get it sold... Seemed genuinely confused as to why I thought that was absurd. He was impossible to reach after the first couple days by phone. He was never prompt in returning text messages.

I once asked for open house feedback and his reply was that he was getting some rest and relaxation with his family and he'd get back to me. I find less than or right at 10 showings in 73 days ridiculous.
